Hello, I am Gareth Brown, a chartered building surveyor with 30 years experience and a proven history of providing expert building surveying services to building owners, facility managers and property management companies. I work in industrial, office, retail and residential sectors where I provide a full range of consultancy services to the built environment. I have extensive knowledge of both the commercial and residential markets with a thorough understanding of their associated legislation.
